Mat Jones Mat Jones
With beginnings in theatre, Mat attended RMIT's screen and television in 2000 thinking the stuff he wrote for the stage would be better suited to the screen. 2001 saw the production of the Public Holiday pilot and it was quickly approved by rmitv. Season two came in 2002 and was better in every way, winning mat a best directors award at the 2006 antennas. seeking a change in direction Studio 4 came next showing continued improvement. Shot soon after this was the blue line. On all of these Mat has served as producer, actor, director, editor and writer.

little known fact: Mat invented the white out pen, the jaffle and Internet poker.
Damien Vennell Damien "Damo" Vennell
Yep, as well as being one funny man, Damo is a top muso playing in the Ballarat rock band "Downriver". Starting in small roles in Public Holiday, his roles have gotten bigger and more memorable, taking the lead role of officer Derp in The Blue Line.

little known fact: Damo's ring tone is Van Halen's "jump". Weird thing is, he doesn't have a mobile phone.
Wes Scott Wes Scott
Wes and Mat met while attending TAFE in Ballarat where they performed and wrote short plays togteher. From there, Wes took the lead role in Public Holiday, acting as the over aggressive and hilarious SAM to perfection. Wes also is seen stealingly good in his supporting role in The Blue Line.

little known fact: Wes once went to the big pineapple and was heard to remark "well, its no big banana."
Jarrod Kirby Jarrod "Kurbs" Kirby
Jarrod has been appearing as minor characters since imp production's creation six years ago. As well as acting, Kirbs is a genius musician who composed the kick arse "Blue Line" theme.

little known fact: Kirbs is currently in rehab for an addiction to BLTs.
DJ bogues DJ Bouges
DJ Bogues is one of Victoria's premier hip hop scratch DJ's, finishing 3rd in the VIC DMC's in 2005. Bogues produced all the Public Holiday themes, along with Homeless Jones and Sweary McSwearword. In addition, he has played Roger, the unluckiest man on earth in Public Holiday and a Gang Leader in the Blue Line. What a talented bastard...

little known fact: DJ Bogues likes to ring random people and pretend he's Dr.Phil.
Pete Stanley Peter Stanley
Pete's first appearance in Public Holiday was "Randall Snarkey", a dodgy car dealer. Since this he has been a main player in all the I.M.P. productions, most notably as one of the hosts of Studio 4. A prolific film maker in his own right, Pete has made short and feature movies and was the lead in the zombie movie "flesh".

little known fact: Pete's great, great, great, great, great grandfather was Guy Falkes next door neighbour and never liked him.
Kristian Hoernlien

Kris Hoernlien
Kris first joined the IMP group when his home was used in the first episode of Public Holiday. Since then Kris has helped out on screen [as a Russian Pimp, Steve Irwin and an annoying lawyer amongst numerous other roles] and in post production as well, with his artistic and design skills popping up all over the shop.

little known fact: Kris once had a fast food chain of sadist restaurants called "Stab n' Chow", unfortunately, the health inspector gave him a C.

Mark Horner Mark Horner
Mark attended school with Stu Stanton, I.M.P's principal cameraman, that's how he got roped into all this business. He has appeared in every production from Jeff in Public Holiday, one of the hosts in Studio 4, all the way to Melvin, the nerd, in The Blue line.

little known fact: In his spare time, Mark likes to pick up hitchhikers and take them to box hill, no matter if they want to go there or not.
Stuart Stanton Stuart Stanton
Stuart first met Mat Jones at RMIT, studying film and television, from there a great friendship would follow as would the great comedy to us through Mat's genius and Stu's brilliant cinematic skills. Stuart also makes his own productions under Glass Eye Projects, in which the frightening and terrifying zombie film FLESH was made.

Paul Stanton Paul Stanton
Paul Stanton was first introduced to T.V. audiences on Public Holiday and ever since then he has been used as the "hurt monkey". Specializing in getting hit in the nuts, Paul has turned injury and psychosis into an art form with his "crazy man" routine. Speaking of art forms, Paul also helps out with much of the artwork and designs behind the company, including this website.

little known fact: Paul found out the hard way that Canadian hats are actually graphed to the skulls of Canadians at birth, needless to say, Paul is not welcome back to the great maple land.
